Block Blast Solver Online ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notification containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Copyright Agent with a written communication containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

We may share your infringement notice with the user who posted the content you are reporting. If you are concerned about your personal information being shared, you may wish to use an agent to report infringing material.
